Houzy AG organizes from 04.04.2024 to 15.04.2024 a free raffle without obligation to purchase. Eligible persons send the solution words via online form to Houzy. Participation is only possible on https://en.houzy.ch/competition/wordgame by correctly filling out the raffle form. On 16.04.2024 the winner will be determined and subsequently contacted. .

All individuals residing in Switzerland who are over 18 years of age at the time of their participation are eligible to enter. Employees of the organiser Houzy AG, as well as all partners involved and their relatives are excluded from participation.

In order to participate in the prize draw, the participant must complete the forms in full and accept the conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant gives their full and unconditional consent to these conditions of participation.

Each person is eligible to participate only once. Participation is free of charge.

The prize is a voucher from Jumbo worth CHF 50. Three winners will be determined and thus three Jumbo vouchers worth CHF 50.- will be raffled.

The equivalent value of the prize cannot be paid in cash and cannot be exchanged. Any taxes or other duties will be entirely in charged to the winner. The prize is subject to federal, cantonal and municipal direct taxes.

A jury consisting of representatives of Houzy AG will select the winner at random. Only participants who have correctly submitted all five words via the form on https://en.houzy.ch/competition/wordgame can win.

Each e-mail address will only be considered once for the random selection. The closing date is April 15th, 2024, 11:00 PM.

The winner will be notified directly by email. The winner of the prize will be contacted by the end of April 2024. The winner is free to refuse the prize. In case of rejection of the prize or if the winner does not contact the organizer within the set period from the date of contact, the prize is forfeit.

No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. The legal process is excluded. Any liability of the organiser is excluded.

In case of suspicion of automatically generated entries or mailings as well as other technical manipulations, a participant will be excluded from participation without notification and justification.

The organiser reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition at any time. The participant may not assert any claims against the organiser as a result. The organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant from participation at any time without giving reasons and without notification if there is a suspicion of disregard of these conditions of participation or other misconduct.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Should any provision of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The data required for participation will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use.
15.
The organiser rejects any liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the competition pages or for technical errors in the handling of the competition.
16.
The Competition is governed exclusively by the Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these provisions or the legal relationships resulting from them or brought about under them shall be the court provided by law for the organiser.
