Best employer in Zurich: kununu honors Houzy

Joy reigns: On August 9, kununu named Houzy the best employer in Zurich in the SME category! And that ahead of larger and well-known companies such as the Internet full-service agency Webrepublic, the company behind the payment app TWINT or the pension fund BVK. We are mighty proud of that. These are the top ten for small and medium-sized companies (up to 250 employees) with their main location in the city of Zurich:

Only companies that have been evaluated by at least 25 current or former employees in the last five years were considered for the ranking (available in German). At least one of these evaluations must not be older than six months. Houzy has been rated a total of 30 times since 2019.‍

Why Houzy is the best employer in Zurich

Kununu praises us above all for the diversity in the company and the work-life balance. That's why we were not only named the best employer in the city of Zurich, but also awarded 1st place in the "Diversity" category (4.9 stars). kununu also praised our corporate culture (4.7 stars): The satisfaction of all Houzies is a whopping 34 percent above the average in the real estate industry. The 30 employees who have rated us since 2019 give us 4.5 out of 5 stars. That's also better than the industry average (3.6 stars). 86 percent of our employees rate their salary as good or very good, and 96 percent would recommend us as an employer. They appreciate benefits such as highly flexible working hours, legendary events for employees and the generous home or remote office arrangements. The high level of trust in all employees and the helpfulness of all colleagues are repeatedly mentioned in a positive light.
