The revised Houzy 2.0 platform has been live since the end of this October. On the MyHouzy platform, you will now find your personal home cockpit, where all central topics relating to your home are presented in a clear and personalised way, making home management child's play.
Our house condition analysis "HouzyCheck" is now available in an elaborated form as Basic and in a detailed "Pro" version. By providing specific information about your house, the result is more accurate. Also the ToDos have become more refined. In addition to a new look, the functionality has also been improved. You receive individual recommendations for action based on the new season and have more freedom in keeping your own ToDo list by exporting the tasks to your own calendar. From now on, you can not only have the market value of your house estimated with Houzy, but also view changes in the value of the house on a quarterly basis and thus track the market value development. Information on the location is also now digitally analysed in a ranking for you with just a few clicks.
We have also put a lot of effort into financial management for you, so that you can do this easily and without stress in the future. In your home cockpit, you can view your annual costs, which are calculated and clearly presented based on information such as the market value and the mortgage interest rate. Thanks to our cooperation partners, renovation loans can also be requested or mortgages compared in the finance section of the MyHouzy platform.
In order to assist you as a homeowner in all situations, the platform is being continuously expanded and will soon also offer suitable features for condominium owners and in the areas of conversion, garden and energy. Many new projects are already being worked on at full speed. Stay tuned!
