Smart home: complete system or individual devices?
If you want to automate individual simple tasks, you don't need a complete system. For example, you can replace the light bulb with a smart bulb or the thermostat with a smart radiator controller and control it via an app. But home automation only becomes really smart once you network all the components and program scenarios. With home automation, you can control everything from lights and blinds to heating, washing machines, photovoltaic systems and electric charging stations.
