Costs for a bathroom or bathroom renovation

Expect to pay three to five percent of the total construction cost for the bathroom when you build new. Prices depend primarily on your requirements. For 15,000 to 25,000 Swiss francs, you can buy a bathroom with a bathtub, single washbasin and toilet made of standard sanitary ceramics. A bathroom with a double washbasin, separate shower and upscale sanitary ceramics costs twice as much.
